The Ceremony
3:30 PM — 4:00 PM
We invite you to join us beneath the afternoon celestial canopy as we share our vows and step into what comes next.
All guests are asked to arrive by 3:00 PM to take a welcome photo, sign the guestbook, and find your place before the ceremony begins.
Mocktail Hour
4:15 PM — 5:15 PM
As the sun sets, following the ceremony, enjoy passed appetizers, mocktails, and lawn games while mingling with fellow guests.
During this time the couple will be sneaking away for photos, to pay their respects at the Dia de los Muertos altar, and steal a few quiet moments alone — dog in tow.
The 3 D's
5:30 PM — 7:00 PM
As the evening grows dark, we'll gather for our first Dances and raise a glass to the words of those closest to us.
Following the speeches, Dinner will be served — a full buffet and plenty of time to linger at the table with good company.
Then comes Dessert! An assortment of mini desserts will be served alongside a traditional cake cutting ceremony.
Fire, Smoke, + S'more
7:00 PM — 8:30 PM
As the stars take over, gather around the fire for cigars and s'mores beneath the open sky.
The night ends the way the best nights do — at about 8:30 PM (lol), when we'll light up the night one last time for the couple's sparkler send-off.
Important Venue Notes
The venue has no public transportation close by.
Uber is a viable option.
Willow Heights Mansion does not permit outside alcohol or substances of any kind on the property.
This is venue policy and any deviation from this policy would jeopardize our deposit and our day.
