What is the RSVP deadline?

September 1st 2026.

We need to give the venue our final headcount shortly after this date and want to have time to reach out to you if we haven't heard from you, rather than count you as not coming. 🖤

Question 2

Can I bring a plus one?

Plus ones are by invitation only. If your invitation includes a guest, their name will appear on your RSVP. We have done our best to accommodate everyone we love and we appreciate your understanding.

Question 3

Carpooling and Parking?

Accepted Answer

There is plenty of parking available.

We are asking that you carpool if possible with the people you live with or groups of friends staying in the hotels near by. We can fit 60-70 cars total on site, which should be more than enough if we have folks riding together.

What time should I arrive?

Doors open at 3:00 PM — we recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony to snap a photo at the Welcome Bus and sign the guest book, then find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM so we want to make sure you don't miss a thing! ⏰

What time does the reception end?

We plan to wrap up the celebration by 8:30 PM. A beautiful evening, perfectly timed! 🌙
The party might not end there though - we might be in the mood to head to the closest In - and - Out burger for a late night bite after!! 🍔🍟

Is there a Dress Code?

Accepted Answer

Yes!  Please wear Formal Wedding attire in warm neutrals — Think Snazzy Suits and Sexy Long Dresses in creams, tans, chocolate, sage, blush, and earth tones. We want you to blend into the beauty of the evening, not the bridal party. When in doubt, think Oak + Olive Trees against a cloudy pinky sky — warm, earthy, and beautiful. You truly cannot go wrong. (See pictures below for inspiration)

Please avoid black, burgundy, blues, oranges, reds, and greys so our people can shine in their colors. We urge you to leave your little black dress at home 🖤

Recommendation: Ladies - No spikey heels! We encourage flats or wedge heels for this venue due to grass, gravel, and cobble stones.

For all!! - We ask if you got em, Flaunt em! Your favorite pair of dressy Vans or Chuck Taylors!

Where do I find registry information?

We do not have a traditional registry.

Your presence is the greatest gift of all. Noah and I have spent our lives collecting what matters most — experiences, memories, and a home full of love. We are two grown humans with full lives, full closets, and absolutely nowhere to put a toaster.

We have everything we need — except a honeymoon and a house down payment.

If you feel moved to give, we would be deeply grateful for a contribution toward either.

At the venue: Drop a card or cash gift into the "Dear Mandy" box at the welcome table next to the VW photo bus or once it moves into the reception area upstairs.

Digital contributions: We have set up a Venmo specifically for this purpose.

The box pictured above is special. When AJ was in the sixth grade, her father built her a wooden box for the "Dear Mandy" column she wrote for her middle school newspaper. It is one of the few things she has left that his hands made.

On wedding day, the box will sit on our welcome table, where cards and cash gifts can be slipped inside. We also will provide spare envelopes, note cards, and pens for leaving love notes on the run. 🖤

Is the venue indoors, outdoors, or both?

Accepted Answer

Both! The ceremony will be outdoors unless the weather calls for rain. Cocktail hour will be inside and outside, with stationary and passed apps as well as mocktails and other NA drinks.

Dinner, dancing and all reception activities will be inside, while the Firepit, Smore’s and Cigar stations will be set up outside on the second level of the grounds.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Accepted Answer

Yes! While there are stairs in front and at the back of the mansion leading to the reception hall, there are multiple ADA options around the house to get you to where you need to go!

The ceremony, cocktail hour and photo booth / welcome table will all be on the ground level, so you won’t have to plan your route till dinner time and we will have plenty of people to help you find your way.

Note: There is no elevator on site, so ramps / walkways are used for ADA access.

Can I bring my little people along (aka kids)?

We have made the decision to keep our celebration adults only (outside the littles participating in the ceremony). We love your little ones more than words, and we hope you will take this as the universe giving you a night off. Find a sitter, get dressed up, and come dance with us beneath the setting stars!

Are my Furry Friends allowed?

Accepted Answer

AJ + Noah's baby dog Moose is not always friendly with other pups (and sometimes people), given he will be in attendance we will be strict about no other animals being on property during the event.

As far as we know, no one on the guest list has a service animal, that said, if you need special accommodations please let us know my phone or email.

Will there be food options for dietary restrictions?

We will do our best to accommodate dietary needs and allergies. Please make sure to fill out the dietary section on your RSVP so we can pass your needs along to our venue staff and caterer. 🍽️

Can I bring my own drinks / party favors?

Accepted Answer

Our wedding will be a dry celebration. We kindly ask that no alcohol or other substances be brought to the event out of respect for our sobriety. Don't worry though — we will have delicious mocktails and a full spread of non-alcoholic drinks to keep the good times flowing! 🥂

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

This is the one thing we would like to remain private the day of.

We are requesting your help in having an unplugged ceremony and respectfully ask that our photographers be the ones capturing this big moment.

Put your phone away, sit back, relax, and be fully present with us and take it all in.

Is there a hotel room block or recommended accommodations nearby?

What happens if it rains?

No need to worry — our venue staff has us covered! In the event of rain, they will seamlessly move everything indoors so the magic continues without skipping a beat. ☔

Is there a shuttle or transportation provided?

Accepted Answer

We do not have a shuttle or bus service available for the event.

We recommend driving, carpooling with fellow guests, or booking an Uber or Lyft ahead of time. 
We have plenty of on site parking available! 🚘
